Your monthly Yohana Membership fee allows you to delegate unlimited to-dos to Yohana. Unlike other services, you’re not billed hourly for our time – we will spend as much time as necessary to complete things to your liking.

If we work with a third-party service provider or a local pro (like a landscaper or handyman in or outside of our Yohana Network), you’ll pay for that service separately as detailed in the options that we provide.

We created Yohana to help busy families with their personal to-do lists, not work-related to-dos. Unfortunately, neither the Yohana app nor the Yohana Team is set up to support business to-dos. If you signed up to use Yohana for work-related to-dos that we cannot support, we can issue you a refund. In order to start the refund process, please cancel your membership and contact support@yohana.com

Our free app allows you to create and edit your to-do list, without access to the Yohana Team. A Yohana Membership, on the other hand, is a monthly subscription to Yohana, that includes access to the Yohana Team via the app. As a paid member, you chat with your guide and specialists, coordinate to-dos, track progress, and get it all done, together.

Yes, you can cancel your Yohana membership at any time. There is no long-term commitment. Just keep in mind that when you cancel, your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle (your billing cycle depends on what kind of subscription you purchased, e.g. monthly, three-month, six-month, or yearly). We do not issue refunds for the unused portion of your membership. And if you ever want to reactivate your membership later, just reach out to support@yohana.com
