Yohana is currently serving all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

If Yohana is available in your area, getting started is as simple as signing up for your subscription. After that, you will be introduced to your dedicated Yohana Specialist and guide. Once you complete your payment you can immediately start handing off your to-dos.

We've made it easy for you to delegate via our web app or directly in the Yohana mobile app. You can hand off as much or as little as you want, and the Yohana Team will prioritize your list. Unlike similar services, there are no limits to the number of to-dos or hours spent on projects. It's all covered in your monthly Yohana Membership. And remember, there is no long-term commitment with your monthly membership. You can cancel anytime.

You’ll first meet your dedicated Yohana Specialist, your go-to person who manages the daily needs of your home and family and helps you plan experiences. Specialists also have access to our Yohana Network, a community of highly-rated and preferred local professionals, businesses, and corporate partners. In addition to your dedicated specialist, our entire team of Yohana Specialists is ready to help you with any to-dos that you create in the app.

Your Yohana Guide is your “big picture partner” and will help determine your well-being goals and maximize the long-term value of your Yohana experience. They will reach out to you shortly after your membership starts to schedule an optional welcome call.

Finally, Yohana Support is available to assist with any technical issues around the app, website, or service overall.

The Yohana app is where you’ll chat back and forth with your specialists as to-dos are completed and new ones are added.

Any time you ask your specialist to look into something for you – say, converting your garage into a playroom or finding new dinner recipes for the week – they’ll do the research and put together a list of options for you. You'll get a notification in the app when these options are ready for your review.

And you always have the option to approve everything a specialist recommends before the to-do is considered complete.

This one’s really up to you. Initially, specialists may have more questions as we get to know your priorities and preferences. The longer you’re with us, the more we get to know how you like things done. You can track our progress on specific to-dos and chat with a specialist anytime in the Yohana app. Specialists will also send regular status updates to make sure you’re in the loop on where your projects stand.

It’s all about building a trusted relationship with the Yohana Team. The more to-dos you hand off, the more we get to know your priorities and preferences. Providing your feedback will also help us adapt to your style of doing things. There will be some ramp-up in the beginning. But we believe that after the first 60 days of working together, you won’t be able to live without Yohana. That’s when the magic really starts.
